Promotion of courses in India is an autonomous body which is established for development promotion and research of education under the guidelines of national education policy 1986 and program of action 1992 Government of India .The "SCOPE" also full fils the AIIMS of educational vocational rights under constitution of Indi under article 14 ,15,19(1)G,21,26,29,45,46,29A,29B, 29c .
भारत में पाठ्यक्रमों का संवर्धन एक स्वायत्त निकाय है जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 1986 और भारत सरकार के कार्य कार्यक्रम 1992 के दिशानिर्देशों के तहत शिक्षा के विकास, संवर्धन और अनुसंधान के लिए स्थापित किया गया है। "SCOPE" भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14, 15, 19 (1) G, 21, 26, 29, 45, 46, 29A, 29 B, 29 C के तहत शैक्षिक व्यावसायिक अधिकारों के उद्देश्यों को भी पूरा करता है।

SCOPE -has never received any grant in aid either from the government or from the UGC, so far .There for UGC act is not applicable on the SCOPE under the new education policy1986, The Government of India laid particular stress on open universities and distance education . SCOPE are getting necessary direction and full cooperation from educationist, professors and social workers of the country. According to the Government of India National Education policy1986 SCOPE is becoming one of the best institution for spreading open and distance learning under open education system. The institution has clear vision and aims at imparting education and providing an opportunity to the school drop outs and to such students who are otherwise busy in their own lifestyle and could not have an opportunity to attend regular schooling at the tender age but having a desire to learn to be educated at the least to the levels of Basic secondary and Basic senior secondary education . The idea and concept of providing an opportunity to them is to make learn the education at the least to the level of Basic secondary, Basic senior secondary and Basic higher Education,which is a very much essential to stand in the developing society and deal in the better way in the respective fields of works, business and profession in which they are already engaged in national language Sanskrit language which are much helpful to the efforts of this institutions is also to impart education so has to enable the student to feel educated and to avail the job opportunitys in private sectors who aver recognise our efforts and the ability of the students. In accordance with National Education Policy1986 of govt of india this institution aim to impart education to those who are unable to come out their busy schedule and unable to attend the regular classes, by way of correspondance learning. Generally every student asked the question what is the constitutionally and reliability of SCOPE Certification or what sort of service of where admission can be obtained by a student passing out from SCOPE The only answer to all such questions isthat all educational institution universities are autonomous bodies run under the trust of committee, Society .it is left to the discretion of the university whether to go in for UGC approved norms of education. In this way every state Government is at liberty whether to provide service to a person who has passed out from particular university of education Board or SCOPE . SCOPE is of the leading educational institution of the country and its courses are similar to the courses offered in various universities and educational institutions.
